LinkDock Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LinkDock app ("LinkDock"), published by GNM Apps ("we", "us"). They supplement the GNM Apps Terms of Service; where the two differ for LinkDock, this page governs. By using LinkDock, you agree to these Terms.

No account required

LinkDock does not have user accounts, sign-up, or login of its own — there is nothing to register for. Your saved library lives on your device, under a standard license to use the app for its intended purpose; the app and its content (excluding links and content you choose to save) remain the property of GNM Apps.

Your saved content

LinkDock only stores links and extracted metadata that you choose to save, entirely on your own device. We have no access to and make no claim over this content. It never leaves your device except through a manual Backup & Restore export that you initiate and control.

Connect a Platform

LinkDock's optional "Connect a Platform" feature lets you sign in to a third-party site inside the app so LinkDock can pull the full content of things you save from it. When you use this feature, you remain responsible for complying with that third-party platform's own terms of service. GNM Apps is not a party to, and is not responsible for, those platforms' terms.

Purchases

LinkDock offers a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Remove Ads") that removes ads app-wide. It is not a subscription and does not renew or bill recurringly. Purchases are processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to Apple's or Google's own payment and refund policies. LinkDock does not operate its own billing or receipt-validation server.

Advertising

LinkDock is ad-supported and displays banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. Third-party ad content is not endorsed by GNM Apps, and we are not responsible for the content of ads shown through AdMob's network.

No warranty on extraction accuracy

LinkDock's title, thumbnail, and article-extraction features depend on the structure of the page you're saving and may not always work correctly or completely. These features, and LinkDock generally, are provided "as is," without any guarantee of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

LinkDock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GNM Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LinkDock.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LinkDock after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
