MoneyFlow Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the MoneyFlow app ("MoneyFlow") handles your information. It supplements the GNM Apps Privacy Policy; where the two differ for MoneyFlow, this page governs.

The short version

MoneyFlow is a private, offline-first money manager. Your financial data is stored and encrypted on your device. There is no account, no cloud, and your financial data is never uploaded. We don't sell your data or use it to target advertising.

Your financial data stays on your device

  • On-device only. The accounts, balances, transactions, budgets, loans, assets and notes you enter are stored on your device and encrypted at rest. This information is not transmitted to us or to any third party.
  • No account required. MoneyFlow does not ask for an email, phone number or login. You can start using it immediately.
  • Backups you control. Any backup, restore or export (CSV, Excel or PDF) you create is under your control. If you store a backup in iCloud or share an export, that data is handled by the service or recipient you choose, under their terms.

Analytics & diagnostics

MoneyFlow may use anonymous, opt-out analytics and limited crash and performance diagnostics to keep the app stable and improve it. This data does not include your financial data or personal information, and you can opt out in the app's settings.

Purchases

MoneyFlow Premium subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not receive or store your payment details. Subscriptions are managed in your App Store account settings under Apple's privacy policy.

How your information is used

Data you enter is used solely to run the app on your device. Anonymous diagnostics are used only to keep MoneyFlow stable and to improve it. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Because your financial data stays on your device, there is nothing for us to share. Limited, anonymous diagnostics may be processed by service providers (for example, crash-reporting services) only as needed to operate the app.

Your choices

You can opt out of analytics in the app, set an app lock (PIN), export your data, and delete your data by removing it in the app or uninstalling MoneyFlow. To ask about privacy practices, email support@gnmapps.com.
